ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC MECHANISM OF FUNCTIONING OF COOPERATIVES IN UKRAINE
 
The article deals with the essence and definition of the notion of organizational and economic mechanism of cooperative enterprises functioning; the main elements of this mechanism formation for different types of cooperation in the conditions of market transformations are considered. The effectiveness of financial and economic activity of an enterprise directly depends on the efficiency of management system, therefore the problem of formation of efficient organizational and economic mechanism of an enterprise functioning is topical nowadays.
