PROBLEMS AND PERSPECTIVES OF ADULT EDUCATION IN UKRAINE
The article analyzes the problems of adult education development in Ukraine. It substantiates that qualitative level of adult education depends on many factors, i.e. on education level gained, level of expertise and professional skills, basis of professionalism, display of cognitive and professional interests, integrity of general and vocational education. The range of measures for further improvement of education in Ukraine has been offered.
