THE PROCEDURE OF SHARES RESTORATION UNDER UKRAINIAN LAW
This article analyzes the legal notions "mortification" and "amortization" which were investigated in the late XIX – early XX century, as well as the modern notion "renovation" of shares. It also researches the procedure of shares renovation in case of their loss, actions to be done by the owner of the shares for lost shares renovating as well as the documents to be submitted to the registrar to renew the certificate of shares.
