ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE IN AN UNSUTABLE INSTITUTIONAL ENVIRONMENT
 
Social psychological nature of the phenomenon of organizational culture in an unstable institutional environment is considered. Particular attention is paid to the question of the extent to which attributes of the civilized business is reflected in the development of cultural organizations in Ukraine. The peculiarities of manifestation of the multi functionality of the  culture in problem external environment of the organization.
