ТОРГОВЛЯ УКРАИНЫ В РАМКАХ УВЗСТ: ГРАВИТАЦИОННАЯ МОДЕЛЬ

В статье анализируются торговые показатели Украины в условиях углубленной и всеобъемлющей зоны свободной торговли (УВЗСТ). Представлены практические резуль­таты применения положений УВЗСТ к экспорту Украины в ЕС. Проведено сравне­ние результатов гравитационной модели с фактической торговлей, чтобы опреде­лить был ли экспорт Украины в ЕС в рамках УВЗСТ осуществлен так, как ожидалось. Полученные результаты основаны как на традиционной экономической теории, так и на моделях exante, согласно которым ожидалось значительное увеличение экс­порта в целом и выше нормального торгового роста. Однако реальность показала обратное, а, следовательно, можно предположить, что моделирование exanteне актуально или не достаточно точно для политиков, ведущих переговоры по подобнымсоглашениям.
