The article considers different approaches of national and international scientists to the list of existing forms of banks and insurance companies integration; describes peculiarities of forms of capital integration between financial intermediaries; specifies the definition of the notion "form of integration of bank and insurance capital"; offers the list of existing forms of integration of bank and insurance capital in Ukraine on the basis of domestic and international research.
