The article presents the essence of main principles, forms and models of state-private partnership; analyzes the world experience of different models of state-private partnership use; generalizes current Ukrainian institutional problems in realization of separate forms of this partnership; substantiates the set of measures to implement systematic approach in management of processes of economic interaction of state and business.
