The article presents methodological foundations of tourism brand formation as a key factor of increase of Ukrainian economic appeal rating. There has been offered and analytically developed the structural logical sequence of application of methods of determination of efficiency of national tourism brand adapted on the basis of “Brand efficiency” technology.
