ANTI-INNOVATIONSTATEOF DOMESTIC ENTREPRENEURIAL SYSTEM
 
Objectives and practical achievements of Ukraine in formation of the economy of innovation type are critically analyzed. The role of the domestic entrepreneurial system in realization of these objectives is defined; the modern state of innovational entrepreneurship in Ukraine is investigated. There are made the proposals on the change of state policy vector of economic growth within a strategy format of overtaking innovational development in modern Ukrainian economy.
