The main steps and components of analysis of domestic pharmaceutical market have been defined. Taking into account the specifics of functioning and legal status of foreign company representation, there has been substantiated the distinguishing not only strategic, operational but also tactics marketing. The main forms of marketing analysis and planning on the all levels of management are presented.
